The Board of Directors (Board) of Quantum Engineering Solutions (Quantum or Company) is responsible for the overall corporate governance of the Company. The Board governs all matters relating to the strategic direction, policies, practices, management and operations of the Group with the aim of protecting the interests of all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, clients and suppliers, and creating value for them. 

Managing Director

Michael Fistonich (Mike)

  • Michael has over 20 years of experience in the Resources sector, he has been involved in numerous mining projects around the globe including Africa and Australia.
  • Over time Michael has held various roles including Design Manager, Lead Mechanical Designer, and in various Project Management roles. He is instrumental in providing leadership and technical guidance for our Engineers and Designers across multiple disciplines.

Director and Secretary

Raj Kale

  • Raj has over 25 years of experience in the Natural Resources and Energy sector, he has been involved in mega oil and gas and mining projects around the globe including Africa, Australia and India.
  • Over time Raj has held various positions including Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Project Lead and in various Client representative and technical roles. He is providing leadership and technical guidance for our Engineers and Project Leads team across multiple disciplines.
